How to change water pump

Six cylinder front wheel drive automatic 153,000 miles.

How do I loosen the motor mounts in order to change water pump in the car listed above that has an Ultra Supercharged 3.8l engine? Also, how do I loosen bolt on bottom left of water pump behind the pulley?
