I have vacuum sucking through the place where you screw the oil cap in and through the dip stick housing but all the actual vacuum ports are working too. I replaced the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and the ploblem still assist. what can I do to fix this problem?

Whats going on is that when the car is running, there isn't any oil on the dip stick at all and runs fine with a sound like theres no oil in the engine but when I take the oil filler cap off, it runs with a miss and I get plenty of oil on the dip stick without the sound that I explained above.

Think what is happening is no filtered air is entering crankcase. The PVC pulls air out causing vacuum while filtered air is drawn in the crankcase. Find a hose that should come from air snorkle after air filter and goes to valve cover see if it is restricted.

There isn't a hose running to any of the valve covers and no port for one. And the pcv valve is located on the upper intake manifold with a sensor that locks in over it.
