Electrical problem
1997 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 133k miles
I car wouldn't start this morning, it wouldn't even turn over. So I figured it was the battery, I put it on a battery charger. When it is on the battery charger it goes to random number of amps. Like it was on 6 amps then it would drop down to 0 amps then go back up to 10 amps, and so on. It doesn't do that often when it's on the battery charger but it has happened quite frequently.
Is my battery dead, or is something wrong with the car, or what?
P.S. I just bought the car from someone else 4 days ago, it worked perfectly when I bought it but this morning it did that.
