Engine Performance problem
1996 Buick Park Avenue Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 96 park ave that i am at a complete loss of what the problem is.
When ever it idols the car dies unless you have your foot on the break and a foot on the gas. It will try to idol and then you will see all the gauges drop and the car dies. you have to drop to N and then turn it back on.
I took it to the shop and there they replaced the spark plugs and wires, fixed a gas leak, as well as oil leaking in to the coolant pan.Also tried to replace the computer and alternator but they could not figure out why it dies while idling.
I ran out of money before we could check anything else.
I am hoping you can give me so ideas of what i can check my self and fix my self . Any info would be great thanks.
