1995 Buick with possible suspension problem

1995 Buick Park Avenue with about 44,000 miles has recently developed a squeak that seems to come from the front passenger tire. It squeaks the most going over bumps or divets in the road. Is this a suspension problem? How much would a repair be likely to cost?

Squeaks come from all kinds of parts, but front end ones are usually Ball joints out of grease, or struts worn out, check both! Does it do it by bouncing on the car, or just while turning?
