I drive a 1993 Buick Park Avenue (not the Ultra) with 110,000 miles on it. I installed a new stereo and thought I saw a wire arc while installing it. After that I noticed my climate control had died. The unit seems to have no power going to it as the display is not lit and pushing buttons makes no sounds. The button's illuminate when my headlights are on... but nothing else. The passenger side dual control does not work either. I replaced the climate control unit and it still does not work. The fuses are all good... what is wrong with this thing?! Is there a way to create a "jumper" to turn the heat on so I am at least warm until I fix this problem?
