1992 Buick Park Avenue Pedal to floor

Brake pedal was soft going to floor but could be pumped and get a little pressure. No sign of leaks and brake fluid level is ok. Tood to repair shop who put on a new master cylinder but still not right so they put on a second thinking they had gotten a bad one. After installing second and bleeding brakes pedal still soft. Is there something being overlooked?

The shop you took your car to isn't professional at all. They were supposed to "FIRST" determine what was giving you your soft brake pedal, then fix it.

To guess at a part, and then find out they were wrong tells you not to take your car to that shop anymore.

There are several things that could cause your soft brake pedal. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what that shop did and didn't do.

Assuming your brake pads/shoes are new, and your fluid is at the proper level and bled, then I'd say they forgot to bleed the master cylinder before/after installing it on the car. This part needs to be bled separately from the brake lines.

If it has been bled, then I'd say your caliper/wheel cylinders are bad, or your rubber brake lines are bad (soft) and flexing excessively. Which will certainly cause a soft brake pedal.
