I hit a bump and now my car sounds like it has a flat. I pulled over but no flat. If the car goes faster than 10 MPH it shakes really bad. I looked to see if there was a bubble on the tire and there is not. What do you think it might be. The car has electronic everything (shocks). Please help me out.

It could be your rim, it might of bent on the bump you should move whatever tire is shacking to the back and obviously the back one to the front. if the shaking moves to back or gets weaker you should replace the rim.
