1990 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
turn signal bulbs have been replaced and still having problems. they only work sometimes. where would the turn signal flasher be located ?. have not been able to locate it. Also, where would the voltage regulator be located ? Reason, the speedodometer has quit working
