my 1989 buick was idling rough my brother changed the plugs and wires today. car would not idle afterwards and when you would stop it would shut off on you . i am trying to figure out what is wrong and what i need to do next. thank you for your help in advance. any ideas would be wonderful. thanks again ,Dawn
