Car won't engine won't turn over, ran out of gas

I have a 1995 Buick Skylark. I ran out of gas. I put over a quater tank in the car. It will start but the engind won't turn over.

sounds like the fuel pump has died on you. common result of running car out of gas with electornic fuel pump.
