buick le sable brake light problem !!!! need help asap

i have a buick le sable and the brake light wont go off and i cant stop the noise lol and i have to try and sell the car tomorw and id like to fix this i was thinking about roming the fuse but id rather not is there somthing i have to do to reset it or somthing and iv checked like 20 times that the break isnt on

is it the one on the dash or the rear stoplights????

no the break ligts arnt on the one on the dash is on that says the emerginsey brake light is on but it isnt

I beleieve there is a pigtale under the master cylinder that you can unplug. i'm unsure though... it is very unsafe to drive or sell the car with that light on or even if you turn it off. someone could be badly injured or worse....

it's the place where you add brake fluid its on the drivers side near the fire wall. that sensor is directly under the place you fill the brake fluid...
