2006 Buick Lucerne Car won't start

A seat heater was left plugged in and drained the battery. The key will not come out of the ignition. The car is in park and will not go into another gear. there is some electric circuits working, but door locks & widows do not work

If the battery is that dead, the park lock solenoid will not release the shifter. As far as the key being stuck, that sounds like a bad tumbler, but that is odd that it would do that at the same time as everything else. What I recommend is to recharge the battery and see if everything begins working again.
