1990 Buick Lesabre 6cyl engine with 135,000 miles. Car gave no indication of problems at all drove well no noises or problems. Stopped at traffic light and it didn't want to move forward. Pulled to side of road and now it won't move forward, but will move backward just fine. Tow garage changed the transmission fluid and said "the strainer had came loose" He also said the fluid was dirty. He said he replaced the "strainer", put new fluid in it and a new seal, but the problem remains the same. However yesterday I went out to the car and it moved forward again but after I turned the car off it won't go forward once more. Any suggestions??
