I replaced the pipe on muffler now the car shakes really bad

For what reason that you replace the pipe?
It sounds like you clogged up the exhaust. okay find the oxygen sensor remove it and hook up a pressure gauge anything over 2lbs psi calls for concern in the exhaust system. Could be clogged-up.
