Turn signal problems?

Turn signal indicator rapid flash on right front and no flash on right rear.

Hi,

That indicated the right rear turn signal bulb is burned out and needs to be replaced. The rapid flash is designed into the system to indicate an open circuit (burned out bulb).

As far as replacing the bulb, it is not difficult to do. If you look at the attachments below, they provide the directions specific to your vehicle for replacement. You will need to remove the taillamp assembly. Once it's removed, you can access the bulbs.

When you look at the pics below, you will see the nuts that hold the assembly on the vehicle. You will need to access them through the trunk.

Hello,

A turn signal hyper flasher (rapid flash), when there is a bulb out. As you mentioned you do not have the light coming on the rear, you will have to replace the light bulb on the rear right.

To access the turn signal light you will have to open the truck.
Remove the carpet that cover the back of the light housing.
Twist off the light socket and replace the bulb.
