2000 Buick Lesabre - Power locks, rear defrost, interior lights, and cigarette lighter all stopped working. Checked fuses already. Any ideas?

Check applicable fuses, use voltage tester on the circuit. If all problems have a common issue, tracking one system should lead to the common problem. Your owners manual should give location of fuse boxes and labels.
