between 25 mph and 40 mph I get noise like something out of balance?no vibration in steering wheel,my wife calls it a woooing noise,as the speed increases this noise increases to point then you don't notice it

Have the tires checked first.It may be a wheel bearing going out too, so have them inspected as well before it gets worse. If you want to do it, raise and support vehicle and check for top-to-bottom- play in the wheel, then spin the tire and look for any uneven wear or bad spots on the tire
