For two months I kept smelling a burnt plastic smell inside the car everytime that it rained. Just a few weeks ago, this black smoke started to roll out of the dash on the passenger side. The airbag light started ringing. I disconnected the fuse for the air bag and since have not had a problem with that smell. Since that incident I have no windshield wipers, no power when the key is turned back, and the radio comes on when you hit the lock/unlock buttons on the key ring. All the fuses have been checked and all are in working order. There are also fuses that are not in place and these items are working when they should not be. Any help will be appreciated.
