1997 Buick Lesabre Car Sputtering

Took my car to Advanced auto to get the trouble codes read. It sayed that Cylinder 1 was misfiring and that there was somethign wrong with my Mass Airflow Sensor.

I changed the sparkplug and sparkplug wire for cylinder 1 and i still have the problem.

What should my next steps be?
