I am replacing the transaxle, appear to have everything loose and have taken 4 bolts out holding transaxle to engine. The manuel indicates there is a bolt on back side of engine which comes in from the front instead of the back like the other 4. I can't see one due to exhaust cross over pipe and rack-n-pinion.

Is there actually a bolt back there and if so, what needs to come off?

Yes. It takes an 18mm socket. You have to remove the transaxle support from the tranny to the engine.
