third serpentine belt I am installing?

1996 Buick Lesabre V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 80000 miles

Hi, this is the third serpentine belt I am installing, I have replaced tensioner pulley, I checked all other pullies for proper alignment they all seem OK: What is the problem???

could be cheap belts,wrong size belt,oil or coolant getting on the belt,or a pulley that has damaged grooves.

Yep, there is no reason for the belt to go bad so quickly, but I would remove the belt and spin the accessories to make sure there is no damage and that they spin freely. Here is how to install the belt correctly. Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
