recently purchased a used 1994 buick le sabre. whenever a door is closed the interior lights blink for a good 30-60 seconds. this also happens when i turn the interior lights on then off with the panel lights dimmer switch. they don't blink while they are supposed to be on... ie when the switch is on....or a door is opened... only when they should be off. I checked fuses and they are all good. any clue why this would be happening?
