1992 Buick Lesabre why does my heat do this?

after my car is running & gets up to temp...it blows out heat on passenger side ducts....but cold on driver side..??? no lines are disconnected under hood or under dash??? new heater control...new blower motor....???..same goes with a/c when its on it blows ice cold on passenger side but half cold on driver side...need HELP!!!!

Hi:
It sounds like there is a stuck or damaged vent door in the ductwork not allowing the air to pass. You will need to check under the dash to see if you can identify the problem. If you can't take it to a mechanic. It could be a lot of work to find the problem.
