1992 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 250 K miles

My turn signals do not blink. When i turn them on, the front light and rear light come on but do not blink.I think the flasher is bad. I can not see under the dash or feel the flasher with my hand. My question is, where is the flasher and how do I get to it?

flasher you have two
4 way and reg. flasher
driver side reach above the steering adove the brake padel area
