The pulley on my alternator is worn out on the inside where it bolts on to the alternator causing sparks when the car is running. Is it possible to replace just the pulley?

The pulley is most likely not the problem, but rather a bearing in the alt that has allowed it to move. Remove the belt to see if there is play in it.
