I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 60 BUICK LESABRE TO RESTORE. IT HAS NO PARK IN THE TRANSMISSION BUT IT WORKS GREAT OTHER THAN THAT. i CAN SHIFT IT INTO PARK BUT IT IS STILL IN NEUTRAL.

Hello, my first thought would be to take the shift linkage loose from the tranny, see if you can shift it by hand. If you try that, make sure the e-brake is set and the wheels are blocked, with you lying under the vehicle, you don't want it moving.
