Need to run a 200 watt inverter to power a airator for breathing for 7 hours in the south with the air conditioner and all other elect. devices for the trip? Is this possible?

It depends on the air thing wattage -if its less than the inverter-You should be able to-when at use make sure the engine is idling at all times
