2005 Buick La Crosse At dealers now..think I'm getting ripp

The dealer says I need a gear in the power steering, a new fuel filter and a new water filter and a new battery.

Everything but the battery I guess I have to let them do. My question is, is there a special procedure when replacing a battery in the 2005 La Crosse?

no nothing special to replacing battery other than you'll have to reset radio /clock and that sort of thing..
