1988 Buick Electra 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my transmition started howling after i lost the a frame while driving down the road and i fixed it. what could it be and how do i fix it

That is a difficult question to answer, but If I had to guess, I would say it has to do with a bearing. Does it always make to noise. Are you sure it's coming from the trans?
