I have a 1999 Buick Century with a v6 / Automatic and 151,000 miles.
The car starts vibrating and shakes when i accelerate over 45. Recently it gets worse and i cant even drive over 55 without bad steering problems. Also when i go over rough terrain it sounds like the struts or a wheel is going to fall off. Thanks for the help.

Check the tires and if ok have them balanced

It may be the shocks but check also the stabilizer rod and links

My sister's was doing this, but her's is an 89. He alternator went bad not long after it started doing this. But she just had her tires changed and re-aligned, so maybe you should get that checked.
