My car has no power. When I step on the accelerator not much happens. She just putts away. I have done a basic tune up on her plugs, oil, fuel filter, air filter and so on. There is a rotten egg a smell which I hear is the cadillac converter. If you think this is the problem where is it located on the exhaust and do you think that this a job that I can do myself with just the basic tools you would find in any garage. Thanks for your time.
