I had my rear brakes replaced at the GM dealership and I'm getting squealing noise when I first apply the brakes. After two or three applications of my brakes the noise goes away. The dealership states the is normal as it is just dampness or weather related. Am I getting snowed?

If the noise isn't excessive, moisture can cause them to make noise.
