headlights dimming while driving?

When driving all interior lights and headlights go dim and then go bright again and again. I have replaced the battery already and it did not help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a bad alternator or a loose ground.

like mastertechtim said,its with the alternator,more specifically the voltage regulator inside the alternator.they are $20 at autozone and is way cheaper than buying a new alternator.if you need instructions on how to change it,let me know
