Hello –

I am sorry – we don’t have any pics or directions to show you for this from the manufacture. If you look up under there you should see a couple of light lens covers that probable screw on. Just remove the screws and remove the bad bulbs.

If you can’t read the bulb number places like AutoZone and O’Reilly’s can look that up for you.

If you need more assistance then try to take a pic of the area and attach.

Hope that helps.

Hello - Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.

From in the trunk, you need to remove the wing nuts holding the lens cover on the deck lid. Once they are off, you can remove the cover over the lights and access them.

It looks like there are about 7 larger bolts looking from underneah the trunk. Is the lens cover also covering the rear tail lights?

Actually, the len assembly will come out as a unit and the bulbs will be accessable from behind it.

I have a 2000 buick century and there are no reverse or license plate lights. Also my trunk will not open with the remote or release button in glove box while lights are on. when lights go out terunk will open with remote. I do hear a clicking sound in the glove box area when I depress the trunk release. The clicking is not coming from the fuse box under the hood.
I replaced the neutral safeth switch because I read that could be the reverse light problem but did not solve it. Also I do have tail lights on each corner of the car but the bulbs mounted on the trunk lid do not lighjt with parking or head lights but they do flash when I depress trunk release after lights go out.

Found it finally. It was a broken ground wire where the wires go from the trunk lid to the body. Hard to find because it was in the protected plastic that made me think it was fine.
