my windows wont soll down and the headlights only work when you pull the dimmer switch back

None of the windows work? Individual window switches on the doors? Check the power window circuit breaker in the fuse box. Also, use a voltage tester on the circuit where the breaker plugs in, goes hot with the key on.
As far as the headlites, I'd check the circuits to and from the dimmer switch, then suspect the dimmer switch.
