It's not clear what you mean.
If your coolant is constantly running low, but you don't see any visible leaks, then that means it is leaking inside of the motor as it runs and being burned with the exhaust.
This would mean you have a blown head gasket. They can "Blow" in different ways. If it's blown near a cylinder, then you will notice white smoke coming from you tail pipe when you first start the car. As it heats up, the smoke will gradually disappear.
If it's blown near an oil passage, then it will leak into the oil. Pull the dip stick and look at the oil. If it looks like a vanilla milk shake, then that is where your coolant is going.
If you mean that you coolant is full, but the sensor still flashes "Low", then that would be a bad sensor.
