My Anti-Lock and Brake Lights came on my dash and I replaced the front disc pads immediately, they were almost done. My brake fluid is perfect also. After I did so, the lights didn't turn off. I also inspected my rear drums. Is there any brake scanners like an OBD2? I don't know if the pads were the problem, or maybe I have a bad sensor, or I don't know what could be wrong.

Hello,

The ABS light gets triggered when the on-board diagnostics detects an issue within the ABS system.
It could be due to a bad sensor, wiring issue or the ABS module.
That light does not get turned on due to having worn brake pads or rotors.

In order to figure out what might be the issue. You will have to scan the vehicle to retrieve the ABS codes. Which can be done using a scanner that is capable of reading ABS codes.

Thank you.
