1998 Buick Century Door panel

Interior problem
1998 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have the above car and I can only remove the door panel can not remove completly so I can see the window. I supect a window trak either broke or the window came out of the track .
The power window motor works it I can hear it gose
down only and will not go complety
I have to tape the window up so it won't fall down by its sefl so far the window was up when it rained

any help would be appreceitaed

Why can’t you fully remove the door panel
