I was driving down the road the other day my engine had miss fired several times on the 30 min trip when all the sudden the engine just shut down. Tried to restart it and it only "cranked" twice and ran really really rough. Got it to the shop and have oil in the radiator. How much is this going to hurt? Mechanic is hoping that its the intake manifold gasket which is an issue with the 3.1L engine. What's the likelyhood that is the problem?

since there is oil in with the coolant i woudl really think that it is a issue with a bad headgasket.

and since it is running rough i really suspect a head gasket issue.

a compression test will confrim this.
