fuel pump works if i hot wire it at the relay, replaced the relay, no change. Have new 15A fuse and 12 V @ fuse the Voltage drops to 1.4 V when i install the fuse, this is normal???. relay works if i apply voltage to the magnetic coil, if i start car and remove the hot wire the engine stops. I checked all wiring that i could see OK. this problem over night.
What ever you can do for me would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Bob
