1991 Buick Century radiator fan does not come on

1991 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

replaced coolant temp sensor, no engine codes present can still move fan by hand, is it possible the fan motor is bad or fan relay

first check fuses, if OK check cooling fan relay located on relay bracket at right front corner of engine compartment. if both OK then supply 12v direct power to fan. if still doesn't run the motor is shot.
