1990 Buick Century shaking

the car shakes at 35 on a hill and 55 mph on the hyway. you can accelerate at these speeds to stop the shaking but will return when the spped becomes the same. we have cleaned the throttle already, checked tires, been doing this for years. also when this started the cruise control stopped.
