Broken hose located on the manifold right to the left of the vacuum hose

I have a friend who recently got a tune up, she pointed out a broken hose on the manifold right to the left of the vacuum hose. Her van is shaking badly, and we wanted to know what the name of the hose is, and if it could affect the van in any way.

It would depend on what the hose does, but a vacuum line could easily cause shaking depending on what it controls. I'll attach a hose diagram for it but if you could take a picture and post it on here it would help identify the exact line. Thank you.
