Brakes locked up while I was driving and I did recently changed them.

Brakes are locking up

We need to do a couple things to find out what is happening. First we need to know if they wheels are still locked up or what does it take to get them to spin freely again?
Next, we need to get the vehicle so that the wheels are locked up and then lift all the wheels off the ground and check to see which ones are actually locked up. Are all 4 or just 1, 2, or 3? If not all four, which ones specifically are locked up?
Once we know which ones are locked up we can get into the detail about how to repair this as we will better know what the issue could be.
Also, which brakes did you replace and was it just pads and rotors or did you flush the fluid as well?
