I push the pedal an it goes to the floor when the car is not running.

If the pedal is going to the floor then you either have a lot of air in the lines or a leak in the system. Air in the lines will compress where as the fluid does not and will apply the brakes. If you have no air in the lines then you have a leak. If you have no external leaks then you most likely have a leak in the master cylinder. You check this by inspecting for fluid around the lines down to the calipers. If there are no external leaks then you need to block off the lines coming out of the master cylinder and press the pedal. If the pedal still goes to the floor then you have a leak inside the master cylinder.

I changed the master cylinder, the pads, the rotors and the calipers.

Okay. Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? If you replaced these components and the pedal is going to the floor then more then likely there is air in the system. Air will compress and allow the pedal to go to the floor.
