Hello, I have a braking question. Every time I put my vehicle in reverse then back to drive my brake pedal goes soft to where I have pressed the pedal all the way to the floor. I just changed the brake master cylinder. I checked for leaks and air pockets. There are no leaks or air pockets.

Hi,

Is the brake pedal firm before shifting to gear? Are you certain nothing is leaking? Also, try something and let me know the results. Start the engine and allow it to remain in park. Place pressure on the brake pedal and hold it. Does the pedal slowly go to the floor under these conditions?

Take a look through this link and let me know if anything helps:

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

I would remove the wheels and check the caliper slides; it sounds like one of them is seized. Please go over this guide to see what I am talking about:

Okay, let's raise the front of the car to check the bearing hub, grasp the tire and try to move it back and forth, up and down to see if there is play in the bearing. If so, here is the part that needs to be replaced.
