After replacing the front brake rotors and bled the system the brake pedal still feels spongy

So, my friend and I was replacing our rotors from the front and had to take out the calipers which we had to take the fluid out in the caliper as well because we had trouble fitting in the caliper to the new rotor. Now that we did all of the calipers, we did the bleed process like 8 times already and my brake pedals still feels like a sponge. I bought a new master cylinder, and we bleed it out more times again and still feels like a sponge, and I don’t know what to do. Before I bought my master cylinder, I couldn’t brake at all but when I bought the new one it got better but still feels like a sponge.
