I think I need new front brakes

Hello: We just purchased the vehicle listed above EXL model. It is still under a 90 day warranty. The brakes work, however after traveling for 20 miles or so the brakes will still work but push to the floor. The dealership says that is fine and not problem after inspection but I think I need new front brake can you help me please?
