brakes go to floor

I have the vehicle listed above it is the c20 model. The brakes go to floor, it has new booster, new master cylinder, new front brake hoses, it has drums all way round. also, all wheel cylinders all way around. new shoes. wheel bearings replaced. still goes to floor when engine running but is hard when engine is not. have bled several times even tried gravity bleeding. please help!
